On snapshots 21w10a and onwards all block textures always render no matter if you are inside blocks, looking through transparent blocks (ie glass), or only on one side of a block. Effects versions with or without the new generation

In what way is it WAI? block textures will ALWAYS RENDER, as in they don't disappear when they are supposed to
