Subtitle for a dispenser shooting a fire charge says "Blaze Shoots"

To replicate, open a world in creative mode on either of the versions listed, put fire charges inside the dispenser, turn subtitles on (if not already enabled) then power the dispenser with redstone. in the bottom right you should see "Blaze Shoots" shortly after the dispenser fires.
