[MC-223590] Axolotles and Glow squids behave strangely with bubbles collums

Axolotles and Glow squids are able to spawn in a bubble collumn.

And when they are in one, they start to fly upwards and quickely teleport to their original location.

If so, please specify so, and also leave a comment on that issue saying that it also occurs with axolotls, being that that issue does not mention axolotls. Thanks!
