[MC-223668] Lever's cannot be crafted with blackstone

basically mojang missed making cobblestone in the lever crafting recipe able to be replaced by blackstone unlike furnaces, tools, brewing stands ect.

MC-177904 clearly states that this is currently intentional. So yeah, it does work as intended.

yeah, levers visually have cobblestone in their texture so you can’t craft them with blackstone
