[MC-223673] Farming in a cave

this bug has been here in 1.5.2 it happens when i try to place any seeds underground in a mineshaft (like a makeshift farm style) the seeds pop up as if they were broken and it's really annoying because if im trying to grow a underground farm i can't have this bug happen. and it affects both java and bedrock

and yes there was sufficent lighting the crops just acted like they were immediatly broken.
