Hello! This report is invalid! Mojira only accepts bug reports for the newest versions and snapshots, so if you can confirm this issue when you are playing on Minecraft 1.16.5 (unmodded) then it will be a valid bug report.
Furthermore, a lot of these sorts of problems may be caused by your operating system, as Linux and Mac do not support many gaming mice with more than 3 buttons.
