[MC-223727] No skins appear in the game

I loaded the skin in the game, but it doesn't appear in my world. I've restarted the world a few times and still nothing changes When I play on another PC, on the same account everything is fine

can confirm in certain instances like multiplayer

in multiplayer it works normal in both
