Mycelium inside enderman_holdable.json twice

In 21w16a they added "minecraft:mycelium" to the "Dirt" BlockTags list.

In the enderman_holdable.json you specify the Dirt BlockTags, although you also check for "minecraft:mycelium" After.
Which is unnecessary.
