Mycelium is in the enderman_holdable tag twice.

In 21w16a, the #dirt block tag was expanded. As it now includes grass blocks, the explicit mention of grass_block was removed from the #enderman_holdable block tag. However, this tag still explicitly mentions mycelium, despite it being included with the #dirt tag.
