Skin isn't able to see for people with non-premium

I have problem with skin in multiplayer game.
When I'm playing with 3 my friends, one of them who has premium minecraft (same as me) can see my skin, but evreyone who doesn't have premium can't see it (but they have no problems with my friend's skin with premium, so this confusing for me). From time when I bought this game everyone with non-premium account can see me as "Steve". I can see my skin in every single game, servers and version and I can without problems change and save it.
Please help me.
