Whenever a Trident is thrown with the Loyalty enchant, it is supposed to return to the user, however, when the user picks up an item leading to the inventory filling completely, once returning to the user, the Trident is completely gone.

This ticket is a duplicate of MC-220641 which was fixed in 21w16a. You marked "21w16a" as affected however, this issue does no longer exist in this version. I'm guessing it was a mistake hence, why this is a duplicate.
