FPS Drop

when i play minecraft it first runs 120 FPS and it suddenly drops to 6 FPS.
i have tried many things to fix it (allocating more memory, etc.)
nothing works. i have a laptop with Intel Core i5-3230M and a Intel Graphics HD 4000 video card.
