[MC-224649] Hoglin spawn eggs spawning baby hoglins is inconsistent with other animal spawn eggs

Hoglin spawn eggs can spawn baby hoglins. Since hoglins are breedable mobs their spawn egg should not spawn baby hoglins like other breedable mobs.
