Unable to make a tamed wolf sit after shooting yourself

Right-clicking tamed wolves does not cause them to sit. Walking up to any wolves previously sitting causes them to stand up.
Edit: this appears to happen only after shooting myself with a bow. Quitting and re-opening the game resets the wolf behavior.

Confirmed. When the player hits themselves with an arrow, the player can no longer tell a standing tamed wolf to sit. All sitting wolves will stand if the player is hit by their own arrow. Also if the player hits themselves with an arrow, any future tamed wolves will not sit either unless the player closes and reopens the world.

The player can tell the wolves to breed so it appears to be only linked with the action of the player attacking themselves.

Fixed in 1.7.4. Wolves stand up when you hit yourself with an arrow, but you can tell them to sit down again.

No longer an issue.

lol wait they fixed the old error? Shooting yourself with a bow used to make all your tamed wolves descend on you like something out of a horror movie and murder you for daring to hurt their master! The part of their brain that said "hurt anyone who hurts the master" didn't have the loophole "...unless he hurts himself". Damn now I'm wondering how many versions back I'd have to go to show this off if I ever make a youtube video.
