Certain mobs have very messed-up textures. This is only in singleplayer. On servers, there are no issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft, but the issue persists.
Update: I changed my Java runtime to 1.8.0_291 and the problem seems to be gone.
Update: Turns out the problem still persists after all.
