Doors that are broken by the player while being broken by a zombie creates ghost doors. (The zombie continues to attack the door after it is broken)
Steps to Reproduce:
Use give command for a zombie spawn egg with CanBreakDoors:1b
Spawn a zombie
Wait for the zombie to attack the door
Break the door
