[MC-225100] Enchanted items shine bright white

Instead of their usual, purple glean, the enchanted items I was finding in this one world were glowing a very saturated white color. After manually crashing the game, returning to the world showed that the issue was no longer present.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 21w19a. The enchantment glint rendered normally and no issue was apparent.

I'm also unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1. This may have something to do with MC-181280 but I'm not 100% sure.
