[MC-22513] Tamed wolf attacks tamed horse.

If you accidentally hit your tamed horse when you have a tamed wolf, it attacks the horse. Not sure if this is a bug or intended.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
