"minecraft.custom:minecraft.jump" sometimes doesn't increase when moving and jumping in powder snow

The Bug:

"minecraft.custom:minecraft.jump" sometimes doesn't increase when moving and jumping in powder snow.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a scoreboard objective for tracking when you jump and set it to display on the sidebar by using the commands provided below.

   /scoreboard objectives add Jump minecraft.custom:minecraft.jump

   /scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar Jump

2. Summon a large area of powder snow by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~7 ~ ~7 minecraft:powder_snow

3. Enter the powder snow and while moving inside it, continuously jump.

4. Take note as to whether or not "minecraft.custom:minecraft.jump" sometimes doesn't increase when moving and jumping in powder snow.

Observed Behavior:

"minecraft.custom:minecraft.jump" sometimes doesn't increase when moving and jumping in powder snow.

Expected Behavior:

"minecraft.custom:minecraft.jump" would always increase when moving and jumping in powder snow.
