I bought Minecraft Java Edition 3 days ago and it doesn’t work, it doesn’t allow me to change skins and it doesn’t allow me to access multiplayer, if it doesn’t resolve immediately I’d like to be refunded because I paid for a game that doesn’t work!

First of all we need logs, screenshots/videos of the problem and error messages. What doesn't work when joining multiplayer? Do you get an error, does the game crash, do you disconnect in the middle of playing?? Explain and show what's not working.
