Block textures visable from behind in spectator mode

this has been an ongoing issue since 21w14a, when the new graphics engine released. previous bug reports were listed as resolved, but this issue is still happening. when in spectator, block textures are visable from behind, making an "inside out" look. this issue affects only some users with certain graphics cards.
