[MC-225957] Walls with no connections are not shown by structure blocks with Show Invisible Blocks on

Closely relates to MC-225939, MC-225955 and MC-225956.

This is much more likely to be a wontfix as this state may only be achievable through the debug stick - commands do not appear to be able to place it. See the above tickets for reasoning.
