[MC-225974] Chat offset by a couple pixels

In the 1.17 snapshots, chat looks offset by a couple pixels. It looks like as someone put a space before the actual contents of the chat.

To reproduce, just type something in the chat in 1.16.5 and then type something again in 1.17 and compare. Notice how there is an offset with 1.17.

Most likely a duplicate of MC-220872.

That's the scroll bar though. Here it's the chat, like the entire thing is offset.

It looks like they fixed the bug that that one clones by moving everything forward 1 space or something. Not the way it should have been fixed imo.
