[MC-226014] i cant see my friends and my skins in multiplayer server

wjy cant i see my skins and my frinds skins? but they can see my skin well and when i go to servers like hypixel amd stuff i can see my skin well only when i go to a frinds server is when i cant see my skins and theirs im on 1.16.5 on singleplayer i can see my skins well

Maybe you're joining in a crack server and crack servers wont appear the skins it can be changed from crack by turning on the "online" option by making it true
