Search in Creative Menu does not work with english description if the game is another language

This applies to all Minecraft Java versions above 1.11.2 (1.12+).

When the language is set to German, before 1.12 you can search for the German word "Holz" for example and get all items with "Holz" in the name. But you can also search for "wood" and get the items with "Holz", because the item ID is considered in the search (for example minecraft:wooden_planks).

Since 1.12 it seems like the ID is not considered anymore and I can not find anything searching "wood".
