My skin isn't loading, And servers aren't working.

I have a issue with my skin in Minecraft Java. I'm using a Microsoft account for Java edition, And when I changed my skin and went into game and a new world, it was still Steve. So I re-installed Java again, And it still didn't work! I did it around 5 times and ran a virus scanner, My virus scanner said "No threats" and still my skin wasn't loading. This is a huge problem. I also do not have anything that might make Minecraft all bad or anything. I even tried changing to Alex, But it was still stuck to Steve. I've tried every version of Minecraft. And also when I try joining any servers like Hypixel it just says: "Failed to log in: The authentication servers are currently down for maintenance." I've seen my friends play servers like this and have no problems. They even played Hypixel without a problem. They don't get the message. I checked and no one is having this problem other than me. This is really strange. The only reasons I could think of because of this is either Microsoft accounts on Java are buggy, Some secret files that I don't know of is targeting Java edition in my files and it's hidden to virus/threat scanners, Having both Java and Bedrock is buggy, Or I just have a bad pc.
