I have a current bug in which i have my own skin but people see me with a diferent one,
i already tried putting my skin from the launcher and from the website.

Do you use normal minecraft account or unauthorized one?
If you use second option, then you probably use nickname of someone with normal account. Other people use normal accounts, so thats what causes the problem.
If you use first option, I can't help any further. Sorry.
