[MC-226473] Candles won't show lit behind stained glass

This happens on stained glass panes and stained glass blocks.

Duplicate of MC-188529, which was later resolved as "Won't Fix". As stated above already, you can switch to the "Fabulous!" graphic setting in order to resolve this problem.
