Isn't this just due to Endermen starting to spawn around the other player?

Hi there!

The reason for this to occur is the other player taking up most of the spawning spaces. This means mobs will spawn more frequently at their location than yours. The chances of Enderman spawning in your farm are being reduced. This is not a bug. The easiest fix is the other player leaving the end dimension.
