Hello, I am new to minecraft and when I try to enter I get that minecraft authentication is disabled and it is in 'maintenance' I need help please, it does not let me enter any server.

This report is actually a duplicate of MC-207896, which was later resolved as invalid. The reason for this is because this issue is most likely caused by the use of illegal or incompatible software. In order to fix this problem, please see the Mojang Notice attached to the parent ticket.
