[MC-226763] Axolotl model in boats can be off centered

Axolotls have funny models in boats occasionally

so when you put 2 axolots into a boat, the axolotl model is off compared to the boat

To reproduce this do:

place a boat down
summon 2 axolots and push them into a boat. if you do this a few times, one will have a "funny " model like so

I have done some playing around and it mostly works when the boat faces the -x axis

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17 Pre-release 1. I attempted to recreate this multiple times, however was unsuccessful. All axolotls appeared in the correct orientation when placing them inside of boats. I've attached a screenshot.

it may have been smart to mention that this was on a vannilla server

I was able to reproduce the issue and have attached a video of it. The axolotl might have been turning towards the player as it got in the boat, making it continue turning after entering, but I'm not sure. It took me a few dozen attempts to get it to happen.
