Villagers that "fall" out of beds cannot be kicked out of their bed. Instead the message "This bed is occupied" is shown.
To reproduce
Spawn a villager
Place a bed
Set the time to night
Try to make a villager "fall" out of bed by throwing a food near the villager and make sure the villager doesn't wake up, or pushing it
Try sleeping on the bed
→ ❌ You can't sleep

i mean this is not exactly a duplicate, he doesn't mention that you can't sleep on beds where villagers appeared to be on floor

Cannot confirm for 1.17 pre-release 3, as somewhere along the line they changed it so that when you right click on a bed with a villager in it, the villager is woken up
