New Telescope Item, Bug and Idea

So This is my first time playing a snapshot and leaving a bug report, so I'm not sure I did the label right, but here is the bug:

When I was testing the New Telescope Item I was thrilled at how awesome it works, I tested range with block pillar way points and when I did this I decided to see if the Beacon sight limit worked with the Telescope Zoom. You can see it in its regular range with the bare eye, and when you use the Telescope you can see the pillar of light more clear, but when I got to the one block margin of error I discovered something, when you use a telescope after going only one block out of range, it does not reappear when you zoom in.

I dont know if this is a bug, or was not thought of, but what ever the case, maybe make a range increase for when you zoom in?

Second is a  idea for the Telescope as a whole, what if you could craft a Xbow and a telescope for a small range increase and more accurate shots? 

And finally a enchantment idea, "Zoom I" - "Zoom ?" this enchant is for ONLY the Telescope, and can upgrade the zoom range by [X] amount of blocks, or [X]% range? 

Thanks for reading this and I hope you will consider some of my ideas, they may not be in the 1.17 release but some ideas may be useful in stuff like 1.17.1-1.17.4 and so on.
