[MC-227226] Glitchy gui, menu, and game

In 1.17 pre release 4 it too longer to load in to minecraft, was extremely buggy (pictures attached) and was made unplayable. I don't know the cause but I thought it could have to do with that I am on windows 7 and have a horrible laptop. Other versions like 1.16.5 work perfectly. I have tried restarting, using a different installation, uninstalling and deleting 1.17 version files.
