I just loaded Minecraft to check out the new snapshot and this is what I saw.
All of these visual glitches are also flash at really high speeds.
When I have an item in my hot bar some of it goes away for some reason.
When I'm in the creative inventory the glitch changes based on what item my mouse is hovering over.

Here you go, this is the crash report plus the screenshots of f3 you ask for
Seems to be hardware specific (your iGPU), your drivers are updated...
Will probably be fixed in the future and likely to be cause of the OGL 3.2 update.
Resolving as invalid for now as your graphics drivers are severely outdated. These drivers are almost 6 years old.
Generally the newest driver available for your system's GPU is recommended. If you need help with your drivers, please visit Community Support.

It seems that OpenGL 3.2 Core profile uses new texture attributes, which tricks old drivers into executing invalid GPU commands, effectively breaking the game in the process.
@Francis this is caused by an outdated drivers, there is no way for Mojang to fix it - read the note above to know how to fix it for yourself.
What's happening here is that the GPU core tries to stretch EVERY SINGLE TEXTURE loaded into FULL SCREEN, WITHOUT ANY TEXTURE CROPPING, which isn't suppossed to happen. It also even allows to see unused textures.
This reminds me of someone using debugger in Cheat Engine just to mess with graphics pointers only to crash Minecraft.
I updated from windows 8 to windows 10 and it solved the problem on my game. I think it's just windows 8 not supported Minecraft 1.17
Yes, editing the textures will make it look different, but it will not actually fix the core issue.
