[MC-232882] My textures for the whole game is gltichy

My 1.17 .1 version all the textures are messed up. MY items in my hotbar switch textures with each item.Mobs keep flicker between mob textures. My screen shows different hotbar textures in the corner

update to 8.1 windows or above. I did that and i can play the game and its not doing that anymore
