Minecraft textures broken

Whenever I open minecraft, the textures are all buggy. the mojang logo is cut in half(ex. MOJ), When i load in, the words JAVA EDITION are streched all across the screen, All the buttons are cut in half vertically, the word minecraft is shrinked, there is a quarter diamond on one of the buttons. when you press play game, there are red flashes on the screen, the names of the worlds flash in and out,when you launch the world, there are lots of things in the top-left corner of the screen, including random hearts, random hunger bars, the lock and unlock symbol of difficulty, the hotbar, and if you go into the creative invintory, lots of the items have the same textures, and it has sel and unsel on the side. the sheep flash between having wool and eyes, and NOT having those. it's creepy. All in All, my minecraft is PRETTY broken. Does anyone have a solution or ran into this problem before?
