1.17 Visual glitches

So basicaly when i try to play minecraft 1.17 and after versions I get visual glitches till the point its unplayable (same texture for every item, no health-bar, no food-bar, mobs just go invinsible and when i move black spaces will just show on my screen for seccons wich is anooying). I talked with minecraft tech support and i can kind of play the game now, but its really not fun to play still for all the reasons above. I also tried different launchers.
