My minecraft version is broken.

Whenever I load 1.17 my whole game fricks out. It gets all buggy and displays random minecraft textures. I have tried restarting my computer, restarting my game and even reinstalling the version but nothing worked. If this issue has already been reported, please tell me as soon as posible. Also, if this issue is not my computer's and it is the version's, please fix it as soon as posible. I have been waiting for 1.17 for long now and it really sucks that I can't enjoy the gameplay. I attached 2 pictures down below. One of them is the main menu and one of them is a screanshot taken ingame. Also I want to mention that I am not using any texture packs or mods.
