[MC-228395] loss of display and accessibility new 1.17

On Win 7 the display has become unstable and incomplete in version 1.17 snapshot and in official java version 1.17 (see PJ). It makes the game unplayable

No Pbm in version 1.16 and up to snapshot 21w05b
