Minecraft 1.17, Almost all text boxes/images are broken

Hello reader,

I've recently installed the 1.17 update and the visuals seem to be either bugged or broken.

Text boxes/images are sized weirdly, flashing text/images are appearing and disappearing and some symbols/images aren't even visible whilst some that normally aren't visible are now visible.

I do not know what causes this to happen but all I know is that any previous update does not have these issues and only 1.17 has them.

I also have not found any recorded cases of anyone else having this issue but i doubt that I am the only one with them and this issue makes the game unplayable.
