Enlarged lettering

Once loaded into the game and opens, it opens to the main page but "java edition" is enlarged and taking up the whole homepage and the main buttons such as, multiplayer, single player are cut in half. Once I enter my world my food bar and everything supposed to be on the bottom of my screen are again enlarged in the upper left corner and i cannot see my hunger and or armor. When I move my whole screen glitches and things on the world disappear and or go invisible. That including all the mobs. Also when I walk the words on my screen in the corners glitch across the screen and back.
