[MC-232335] Graphic Problem And Slow-Down in game

Like you can see i have these glitch when i open minecraft and with that i have a huge fps drop. I don't have this problem in 1.16.5 and nothing solves these problems even reinstalling java and deleting and reinstalling all minecraft files.
