[MC-240857] what is this glitch

Hello,
So,recently when I try to play Minecraft 1.17+ i come up with the glitch below and not only that when i create a world in singleplayer its so buggy and glitchy, but before 4 months or so it was working normally, i have tried every single solution but still didnt work
I have tried using clients like badlion lunar and others i reinstalled the launcher but did'nt work hope you review this and help me out
