I wanted to point out a problem that I'm experiencing these days. on June 3, 2021 I bought minecraft java on my pc with the paysafecard, I uploaded about 25 euros to the paysafecard, and I went to your official website to be able to proceed with the purchase of minecraft, but when I put payment with paysafecard began a loading, at first I thought it was normal but waiting 10-15-20 minutes the payment kept loading.I closed the Chrome page where the upload was and I did it all over again, but when I clicked on buy Minecraft it told me that there was already a payment in progress, then I thought I would have to wait some longer and so I did. after some time my brother of about 12 years came and noticed that I was still waiting for the payment to complete, so he took his computer, opened Chrome, searched for your official page to buy the game using the same paysafecard that I had put on my pc. however on his pc the payment is complete immediately. I thought that then there had only been a small bug of the site at that precise time when I was buying it from my pc. once followed all the procedures that the site provided on how to download minecraft luncher. once I download apro minecraft I connect the microsoft account and it's all normal, I choose the skin I want to have in the game and I decide to open minecraft the first thing I did was open a single-player world to see if I had the chosen name and skin, but it wasn't like that for the skin, the name was the one chosen by me but as a skin I had steve's skin the skin of the game. I thought it was just a small problem so I decide to get into the most played sever of MINECRAFT HYPIXEL, I decide to get into it but i was asked a sentence that said FAILED TO AUTHENTICATE YOUR CONNECTION. I decide to turn minecraft off and on again unresolved problem, I decide to disconnect and reconnect my unresolved problem account, I tried to restart my pc problem not solved, I tried to search the internet if someone else had my own problem but I could not find anything. all this was done on my 12 year old brother's pc, I thought I would try to do it on my pc but I still couldn't fix the problem. I hope you will respond to this message because I am very sad because not only did I spend money made over time since I don't work and my parents were against me spending money on a game, but I didn't hesitate for a moment after I found out I could do it with paysafecard and I bought it. please tell me how to do it. As Avoma said, its probably illegal software. Did you buy and download minecraft from Minecraft.net and did you add any mods to it?
