[MC-227819] server.properties not generating some lines

When creating a new server in Minecraft 1.17 the server.properties file no longer generates some lines that previous versions of Minecraft did. These are " 'level-seed=' , 'generator-settings=' , 'generate-structures=true' , 'max-build-height=256' , 'level-type=default'".

max-build-height is probably intentional, as 20w49a changelog says it is removed.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue in 1.20.3 Pre-release 2; the level seed now appears for me. Therefore, I'll resolve this issue as Cannot Reproduce. If anyone still is experiencing this, please leave a comment, and the issue can be reopened. 🙂
