[MC-228152] 1.17 Bug?

I run a server for my family and I updated the .jar to the 1.17.jar and I get these error messages. Please help me out.

Do you use any data packs? Have they been updated for 1.17?

I use vanilla tweaks player head data pack. It is in 1.17. The latest version for the server was in 20w51a. When I try to start the server without it, it says missing datapack.

The first screenshot is from removed recipes. When adding deepslate, these recipes were superseded and are then deleted from the game. I would open a new issue for that, but it probably won't be fixed (see MC-228367, Won't Fix). The second screenshot is a case of MC-227945. So these are two separate issues.
