Spectral arrow repice give two arrows

It may not seem to make sense but this is actually an intended feature. So this is a feature request.

Although I agree that this is most likely intentional, Mojang actually never has stated that this is how it should be.

Can confirm.

This is consistent with the recipe for tinted glass.
