[MC-228393] 1.17 server fails to add PDH counter

I've made multiple servers for myself and friends, but when trying to make a 1.17 server, I get prompted with "Failed to add PDH Counter: \Fichier d'échange(_Total)% Usage, Error code: 0xC0000BB8"

I tried redownloading the whole server, with no success.

Can confirm. Seems to have something to do with non englisch system languages.

LaserSlime's comment is absolutely true. After switching my system language to English, this error disappeared. But what does this counter perform? Does it affect the gameplay?

After some brief research, it seems that PDH stands for Performance Data Helper.

But why do you mention MC-228430, when this is a server bug and the other problem is aloading bug with the game?

Same underlying cause, it is/was an issue with oshi (https://github.com/oshi/oshi/issues/1661).
