1.17 Village issues with quantity of leather workers

When 1.17 came out, I started a brand new world. I came across a village that had 4 leather workers in it, all in the same building. Thought that was odd so I loaded the save in chunkbase and found a few more villages to visit. Every one of them had this problem, and in fact, the village I ended up settling in had TWELVE leather workers and NO farmers. I had to remove the extra cauldrons to reset them and gave them other jobs. 

Never saw this problem before 1.17. The seed number is 268047059

The village in question is located at 4370 1197, which is extremely far east of the starting spawn.

this is intentional as all villages generate randomly

But twelve?? That is excessive. And every one of the five or so villages I visited had a minimum of four. Intentional or not, some setting is off with the new version because I never had this issue before 1.17

Is this still an issue in the 1.18 snapshots (with new seeds)?

I haven't been playing with any of the snapshots so I can't tell you at this point.

I think it's still around but not as bad as originally reported. I'm still finding villages that have like 4 of them in/around one building, but not spotting multiples of the same building type in the same village. (so I guess it's partially resolved?)

If you encounter this issue again, please provide an updated seed as well as coordinates so the issue can be reproduced.
